Job summary

A healthcare facility in Calgary is seeking a temporary full-time Physical Therapist responsible for providing client care through focused assessment and treatment in rehabilitation settings. Position Summary

This position is responsible for providing client care through focused assessment, treatment and discharge planning on our rehabilitation and recovery units, and contributing to our resident's quality of life through assessment of appropriate interventions to maximize safe, functional independence on our continuing care units. Other duties may include providing clinical supervision to support staff and students. Responsible for other related duties as required.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Graduation from a recognized Masters or Degree program in Physical Therapy Registration with the College of Physical Therapists of Alberta is required;
  • AADL authorizer is an asset
  • Experience using physiotherapy in a clinical and/or continuing care setting an asset
