Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in physical model management in a cutting‑edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, dynamic, and innovative teammates.

You’ll play a key role in integrating physical models into the design verification cycle, ensuring that proposed solutions meet functional and performance requirements. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with design and engineering teams, as well as international partners and clients, plan and conduct design investigation tests using physical models, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of managing physical models for purposes such as contractual specifications, design investigation, and validation testing, but also optimizing processes and tools to maximize efficiency and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Managing physical models in compliance with contractual specifications and project requirements
  • Ensuring the integration of physical models into the design verification cycle
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to meet customer requirements
  • Planning and conducting design investigation tests using physical models
  • Identifying and resolving design issues in partnership with technical teams
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of methodologies and tools for managing physical models
  • Providing regular reports on model status and test results
  • Participating in technical discussions with international partners and clients
All About You
  • Degree in engineering, design, or a related field
  • Experience or understanding of design verification processes and physical model management
  • Knowledge of tools and methods related to design and validation
  • Familiarity with collaborative processes in multidisciplinary environments
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to solve technical problems innovatively and efficiently
  • Project management and organizational skills
  • Bilingual in French and English; proficiency in another language is an asset for collaborating with our international partners, suppliers, colleagues, and clients. In Quebec, French remains the primary working language in our company
