Job summary

Thrifty White Pharmacy is looking for Pharmacy Technicians to join our employee-owned team and help pharmacists deliver safe, accurate medications with compassionate customer service. We offer a Technician-in-Training program at no cost, with online modules, hands-on coaching, and a clear path to immunization certification and long-term care pharmacy skills.

Compensation ranges from $14.85 to $25.50 per hour depending on role and experience, plus benefits such as health, vision and dental

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service to customers by building loyalty and repeat business.
• Champions Thrifty White programs to patients such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization and HealthyPackRx and assists with enrolling patients.
• Supports the Pharmacist in Clinical Service offerings.
• Counts, measures, and packages medication in the appropriate container under pharmacist's supervision and final approval to accurately fill prescriptions.
• Inputs prescriptions into the computer for accurate transmission to insurance companies.
