College of New Caledonia invites applications for an instructor in the Pharmacy Technician Diploma Program. The CCAPP-accredited program blends online theory with face-to-face labs and practicum in community and hospital pharmacies.

The successful candidate will provide instruction, evaluate students, and develop curriculum across online and lab settings, working with the Associate Dean and colleagues to advance the program and college initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Pharmacy Technician certificate or diploma from a CCAPP-accredited program and currently regulated as a Pharmacy Technician in British Columbia.
• Current practice in a hospital pharmacy environment, working to full scope of practice, including sterile compounding of hazardous and non-hazardous drugs.
• Prefer three to four years teaching experience in a post-secondary environment, and teaching across the curriculum.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Experience applying the NAPRA Model Standards of Practice for Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians in Canada, including Compounding of Hazardous and Non-Hazardous Sterile Preparations.
