Job summary

Pharmacie Horizon Santé Adam El Bouhssini in Maliotenam, Québec, is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for a full-time role starting as soon as possible. The successful candidate will verify prescriptions, enter client information, and prepare medications while supervising other staff and ensuring safe, accurate dispensing.

Morning shift with 40 hours per week. Education required is College/CEGEP with 3–5 years of experience; fluency in English or French is needed to serve the local community.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician or in a similar role.
• Language proficiency in English and/or French for patient interactions and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure prescription information is accurate.
• Enter client information into databases.
• Prepare medications for clients.
• Supervise and direct activities of other technicians.
• Assist with scheduling and workflow.
• Compound oral solutions, ointments, and creams.
• Maintain inventories and prescription records.
• Assist with ocular prostheses cleaning/restoration.
• Interpret physicians’ specifications.
