Job summary

The Jean Coutu Group is hiring for a pharmacy support role in Canada. You will be the first point of contact for customers, collect necessary data for prescriptions, and assist with preparing prescriptions and pillboxes while ensuring a clean, organized lab environment. Training is provided, and pharmacy tech assets are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer service in a retail or healthcare setting.
• Pharmacy technician certification/dependent training is an asset.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact with the clientele, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
• Identify client needs by collecting data for prescriptions.
• Prepare prescriptions and detect potential problems for clients.
• For some prescriptions, prepare pillboxes.
• Maintain hygiene and tidiness of the laboratory to ensure smooth operation.
