Responsibilities

• Greet customers, collect data, create/update the patient’s file.
• Fulfill and package prescriptions.
• Offer professional, empathetic customer service.
• Respond to phone calls.
• Refer patients to the pharmacist when non-compliance is suspected.
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness and organize merchandise.
• Manage pharmacy stock using inventory control systems.
• Arrange transfers from third-party payers, if applicable.
• Perform cashier duties when needed.
• Monitor expiry dates of medications.
