Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead the Pharmacy and OTC teams, ensuring operations comply with Walmart policies and health regulations. You will recruit, train, and evaluate staff while maintaining inventory and patient privacy.

Open during posted hours, you will collaborate with store management and health care providers, delivering exceptional patient experiences and accurate prescriptions.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Pharmacist.
• Alberta CA_APA additional prescribing authority is a plus.
• Minimum age 16 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pharmacy and OTC teams including recruitment and interviewing.
• Train associates on OBWs/SOPs and Walmart workflow and ensure execution.
• Develop, motivate and retain team members; promote Walmart brand to customers.
• Maintain pharmacy operations, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Ensure accurate inventories and proper storage per OBWs/SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Guarantee patient privacy and compliance with provincial/federal regulations.
• Open and operate pharmacy during posted business hours; supervise OTC manager.
