MacQuarries Pharmasave Group in Brookfield, NS is seeking an experienced Licensed Pharmacist or Licensed Pharmacy Technician for a Pharmacy Manager role. You will lead a patient‑focused team, oversee daily operations, and expand clinical services in a supportive community setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in Nova Scotia or eligible to become licensed.
• Pharmacist or Pharmacy Technician with Canadian experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations to ensure safe, accurate dispensing and patient care.
• Lead, mentor, schedule, and support a team of pharmacists and staff.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with provincial and federal standards and requirements.
• Support and expand clinical services such as immunizations and medication reviews.
• Manage inventory, ordering, budgeting, and KPIs to drive growth.

• Collaborate with prescribers and other healthcare professionals and participate in community wellness initiatives and outreach.
• Licensed and in good standing as a Pharmacist or Pharmacy Technician in Nova Scotia (or eligible to become licensed).
• Minimum 1 year of pharmacy experience in Canada (required).
• Patient‑focused and committed to exceptional healthcare service.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable with pharmacy technology and workflow improvement (experience with Kroll is an asset).
• Interest in clinical service delivery and continuous professional development.
