Job summary

Nodi is seeking a Pharmacy Manager (Designated Manager) to lead daily pharmacy operations in Chatham, Ontario, and manage a team of about six support staff. This full-time role emphasizes leadership, regulatory compliance, and delivering excellent patient care.

The position offers a performance-based bonus structure and additional employee benefits, with standard Monday–Friday hours and weekend rotation. Kroll software experience is an asset.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist eligible to serve as Designated Manager in Ontario.
• Pharmacy leadership experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge of pharmacy regulations and patient care standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and workflow efficiency.
• Lead and coordinate a team of about 6 pharmacy support staff.
• Ensure compliance with Ontario pharmacy regulations and professional standards.
• Provide high-quality patient care and pharmaceutical services.
• Maintain dispensing processes and operational standards using Kroll.
