Neighbourly Pharmacy in Saint George, New Brunswick is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead the St. George Pharmacy team.

You will oversee operations, ensure regulatory compliance, supervise dispensing, inventory, compounding and clinical care, and partner with healthcare professionals to deliver outstanding patient care. The role emphasizes staff development, policy updates, and a focus on improving processes.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist with NB College of Pharmacists in good standing.
• Injection certification required.
• Experience as Pharmacy Manager is an asset.
• Experience with Kroll software is required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Collaborative mindset and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Oversee all pharmacy operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, dispensing, inventory, compounding, clinical care and patient counseling.
• Liaise with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible patient care.
• Maintain effective communication, scheduling, team direction and implement new/updated policies and procedures.
• Perform staff performance reviews and support with recruitment, training and development.
• Promote a positive work environment and ensure labor policies are upheld.
• Collaborate with the Front Store team to enhance patient care and service offerings.
• Actively seeks out new and innovative ways to improve processes.
• Manage P&L statements and achieve key operational targets (including but not limited to Labor, Inventory, Expense control)
