The area provides access to local schools, nearby post‑secondary institutions in Truro, and major universities in Halifax, all while offering a high quality of life in a relaxed, rural setting.

We are proud of the long‑term relationships we build with patients, prescribers, and local healthcare partners—and we’re looking for a Pharmacy Manager who shares that patient-first, community‑minded approach.

Why this role

As Pharmacy Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while continuously improving workflows and enhancing patient services. • Support and expand clinical services (e.g., immunizations, medication reviews, and other patient‑care services).
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control; monitor budgets and key performance measures to support sustainable growth.
  • Optimize workflow and pharmacy systems (Kroll experience is an asset) to improve efficiency and patient experience.
  • Collaborate with prescribers and other healthcare professionals and participate in community wellness initiatives and outreach.
