Job summary

Sobeys Inc. is seeking a licensed pharmacist to join our national pharmacy team across Canada. You will contribute to patient-centered care, support professional practice, and help deliver company programs that promote safety, service and patient outcomes.

Requirements include a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, active licensure in the province, injection and first aid certification, and at least 2 years of pharmacy experience; knowledge of Kroll software is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required.
• Must be a licensed pharmacist, in good standing, in the province of responsibility.
• Injection and First Aid certification.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist.
• Kroll software experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exceed customer expectations, both internal and external, by building strong relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions; role model, coach, and reinforce customer service standards daily for all staff.
• Execute pharmacy programs and product launches to promote patient service standards, drive sales, control labor, monitor margins, and manage shrinkage.
• Act in the patient's best interest by implementing and supporting patient-centered care through professional scope of practice and team delivery of company programs.
• Inspire a positive, patient-focused culture and experience, ensuring product availability, customer service standards, and business plan execution to meet KPIs.
• Be an ambassador for the company values, championing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and fostering an inclusive environment within the pharmacy.
• Manage the selection, onboarding, training, development, performance management, and succession planning processes.
