Sobeys Inc. is seeking a licensed pharmacist for Safeway Pharmacy at South Hill Mall, Prince Albert. Join a national team delivering patient-centered care with a commitment to community health.

You will lead pharmacy programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor staff to meet service standards while driving patient satisfaction across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
• Must be a licensed pharmacist, in good standing, in the province of responsibility.
• Injection and First Aid certification.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Exceed customer expectations, build relationships, and deliver customer-centric solutions daily.
• Execute pharmacy programs and product launches to promote patient service standards, drive sales, control labor, monitor margins, and manage shrinkage.
• Act in the patient’s best interest by supporting patient-centered care through professional scope of practice and team delivery of company programs.
• Inspire a positive, patient-focused culture and experience, ensuring product availability and service standards to meet KPIs.
• Be an ambassador for company values and foster an inclusive environment within the pharmacy.
• Manage selection, onboarding, training, development, performance management, and succession planning processes.

• Manage the selection, onboarding, training, development, performance management, and succession planning processes.
• Build and maintain strong team relationships in a supportive and motivating work environment, ensuring an appropriate balance of labor and maximizing team members' potential.
• Ensure all regulatory requirements and company policies, processes, and procedures (e.g., OHS, Loss Prevention) are implemented and adhered to within the department; train staff accordingly.

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
