Key Requirements
  • Serve as a director within the company.
  • All Full time Pharmacist duties.
  • Manage the daily operations of the pharmacy by ensuring operational efficiency that enables staff perform optimally while controlling costs.
  • Identify and take advantage of internal and external business growth opportunities.
  • Ensure all pharmacy employees adhere to professional standards and comply with applicable regulatory laws and regulations.
  • Oversee the accurate maintenance and submission of pharmacy documentation required by regulatory bodies, drug plans, and third-party organizations.
  • Foster a collaborative, respectful, and safe work environment by promoting open communication, ensuring compliance with company policies, and monitoring team effectiveness.
  • Supervise departmental billing and payment processes, ensuring staff are knowledgeable about billing opportunities and assisting with billing issues.
  • Serve as the primary contact for the store's security alarm system.
  • Act as the privacy officer.
  • Secure a replacement pharmacist for scheduled holidays.
  • Assist with financial and budgetary planning in collaboration with management.
