As our new Pharmacy Manager, your role will be to oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy. Whether you’re overseeing our store managers, staff, and pharmacy techs, building our strategic initiatives, or working with patients, you’ll need to bring a strong sense of organization, purpose, and caring to every task. You will need to be comfortable dealing with a range of patients including those with mental health challenges. Another big part of your role will be dealing with support staff, physicians and various government agencies. Most importantly, you’ll bring strong leadership skills to the role, and ensure that everyone is pulling in the same direction. You’ll be driving sales, discovering new opportunities, and have a sense of how our business is doing and why. Working together with your store management team, you’ll set strategies, oversee the execution, and help us grow even further. And as an experienced pharmacist, you’ll bring a compassionate, patient first focus to everything you do. Ideally, you will also bring good background knowledge of pharmaceutical compounding – we pride ourselves on offering the best solutions for our patient’s needs, and your experience in this area will be a key skill. You should also be community minded – whether we’re supporting local events, volunteering in the community, or simply getting to know everyone one on a first-name basis, community is at the heart of what we do, and it should be for you too.
