Position Summary

We are seeking a forward-thinking Pharmacy Manager to lead and grow operations at Pillway Pharmacy. This role is ideal for a pharmacy leader who is not only passionate about patient care and compliance, but also eager to support Pillway’s ambitious growth strategy. The Pharmacy Manager will play a pivotal role in scaling our pharmacy operations, expanding services, and ensuring that the team is aligned with our vision of building Canada’s most innovative and accessible digital pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities
Operational & Growth Leadership
  • Lead day-to-day operations while actively identifying opportunities to scale workflows, optimize efficiencies, and expand capacity to meet growing demand.
  • Support Pillway’s growth strategy by implementing processes and sharing best practices with our other sites across Canada, allowing seamless scaling of pharmacy services across provinces.
  • Collaborate with leadership to design and execute pharmacy initiatives that contribute directly to business growth and patient reach.
Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance
  • Ensure full compliance with provincial and federal pharmacy regulations, including audits, recordkeeping, and narcotics management.
  • Implement best practices that allow growth, without compromising compliance or patient safety.
  • Ensure quality assurance of the pharmacy and our processes.
Team Development & Expansion
  • Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing pharmacy team (Pharmacists, Pharmacy technicians and Pharmacy Assistants) capable of supporting increasing patient volumes and expanding services.
  • Foster a culture of growth, accountability, and patient focused care.
  • Partner with leadership to plan workforce needs aligned with growth targets.
Patient Experience & Service Expansion
  • Champion the delivery of exceptional patient care, ensuring services scale while maintaining personalization and quality.
  • Drive adoption of technology and digital pharmacy tools to improve patient engagement and adherence.
  • Expand clinical services and patient support offerings in line with Pillway’s mission and growth objectives.
Strategic Collaboration
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (operations, technology, business development) to align pharmacy operations with broader organizational goals.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, forecasting, and execution of new service lines, partnerships, or initiatives.
  • Act as a key voice in shaping how pharmacy operations support Pillway’s expansion.
Qualifications
  • Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
