Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart in Ontario is offering an internship in our community pharmacy to help deliver health, beauty and convenience services while putting customers at the center of everything we do. You will gain practical experience in a community setting, learn patient counseling, OTC product knowledge, and the day-to-day operations of a retail pharmacy under supervision.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Pharmacy and Customer Service

• Acknowledge all customers approaching the Pharmacy
• Ensure all privacy requirements are met, including, customer confidentiality and consent management
• Be clearly identifiable to the public
