Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• Pharmacy Assistant diploma preferred.
• Previous pharmacy experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in dispensing prescriptions under pharmacist supervision.
• Greet customers and gather prescription information.
• Refer clinical inquiries to the pharmacist.
• Process orders and manage third party and billing workflows.
• Enter prescription data and maintain pharmacy systems.
• Support call backs and document workflow according to standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of patient information.
