What you'll do:

1. Fill a variety of prescriptions efficiently to maintain workflow
2. Prepare compounds, mixtures and temperature control items
3. Package blister pack medications
4. Deliver completed product based on schedules
5. Ensure appropriate follow up on minor issues
6. Synchronization and collaboration with other departments
7. Ensure organization of work station and inventory shelves
8. Maintain appropriate supplies and materials
9. Some involvement in prescription information management
10. Recognize liability on the outcomes of service provided
11. Commitment to promoting a workplace of inclusiveness and belonging

What you bring:

4. Experience working in a fast-paced environment where high attention to detail and accuracy is essential

7. High School Diploma
8. Exposure to Hospital or Long Term Care Pharmacy
9. Experience working in a retail pharmacy environment
10. Pharmacy Technician Diploma from accredited college, but not required
