What You Will Bring

Your Role

• Collaborate with other team members to provide timely, high‑quality healthcare service delivery and an exceptional client experience.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail in your work.
• Be highly client‑service focused.

Prescription & Dispensing Support

• Prepare and package prescriptions under pharmacist and/or pharmacy technician supervision.
• Input accurate patient and prescription data into pharmacy software.
• Process refill requests and third‑party billing.

Client Service & Experience

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner and refer clinical questions to the pharmacist.
• Collect prescription information accurately.
• Handle cash and card transactions, assist with OTC product inquiries.

Inventory Management

• Receive, stock, and organize medications and health supplies.
• Track expiration dates and manage returns or waste in compliance with regulations.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with order preparation.

Administrative Duties

• Maintain patient records and filing systems.
• Assist in managing faxes and coordinating follow‑ups.

You may be required to travel to other Murphy's Pharmacy locations within the Western area.

Requirements

• Previous community pharmacy experience is preferred.
• A passion for community pharmacy practice.
• Dedication to client care and making people’s lives better.
