Job summary

Walmart Canada seeks a Pharmacy Assistant to support the Pharmacist in filling prescriptions and handling administrative duties, fostering excellent customer care. You will participate in all Pharmacy Operations as a team player and contribute to high-quality service.

You will handle prescriptions, data entry, inventory management, clerical tasks, OTC operations, and cashier duties under pharmacist supervision at our Mississauga location.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pharmacists and handling prescriptions is preferred.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Receiving prescriptions from patients and ensuring they are complete.
• Performing data entry, price checks, and patient profile updates.
• Assisting with filling prescriptions under pharmacist supervision.
• Maintaining inventory, stocking, and organizing pharmacy shelves.
• Clerical tasks including filing, invoicing, and reports.
• OTC operations, cashier duties, and general housekeeping.
