Role Description

The Pharmacy Assistant is a part-time, on-site role based in Winnipeg, MB. In this role, the team member supports the pharmacy by processing prescriptions, preparing medications under the supervision of a pharmacist, and maintaining accurate patient records and documentation. Daily tasks include assisting customers at the pharmacy counter, answering phone inquiries with professional etiquette, and coordinating with pharmacists and other team members to ensure safe, efficient service. The Pharmacy Assistant also helps manage inventory by receiving, organizing, and tracking pharmaceutical stock, checking for expiry dates, and maintaining a clean, orderly work environment. This role contributes to a positive customer experience by providing friendly, timely service and upholding all regulatory, safety, and confidentiality standards.
