Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart Inc. in Richmond, BC seeks a full-time Pharmacy Technician to fill prescriptions, prepare compounds, and manage blister pack medications. You will deliver products on schedule, maintain inventory, and support prescription information management in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to change. A Pharmacy Technician Diploma is preferred; a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Pharmacy Technician Diploma from accredited college, but not required.
• Exposure to Hospital or Long Term Care Pharmacy.
• Experience working in a retail pharmacy environment.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service skills.
• Detail oriented and ability to prioritize work assignments.
• Ability to adapt to change.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment where high attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
• Ability to work and manoeuvre quickly and consistently for extended periods of time.
• Positive, cooperative, and team-oriented attitude.
