Job summary

Rexall Direct, Rexall's mail-order pharmacy serving patients across Eastern Canada, seeks a Staff Pharmacist to improve access to healthcare and medication support. You will work in a collaborative team to ensure safe, accurate, and timely prescription fulfillment while delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Review prescriptions for clinical appropriateness and accuracy.
• Provide medication counseling and patient support via telephone and virtual interactions.
• Conduct clinical assessments, medication reviews, and other pharmacist-delivered services within scope of practice.
• Collaborate with prescribers, healthcare partners, and pharmacy teams to resolve drug therapy issues and optimize patient outcomes.
• Support adherence initiatives and continuity of care for patients receiving ongoing therapies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, professional standards, and Rexall policies.
• Maintain accuracy, quality, and operational excellence within a high-volume pharmacy environment.
• Contribute to a positive, patient-focused culture centered on service excellence.
