Uniprix pharmacy in Montreal is seeking a pharmacist for either full-time or part-time engagement. The role focuses on clinical follow-ups and patient care, with emphasis on building genuine relationships with patients and continuity of care.

You'll join a team that supports you with efficient tools and workflows, including prescription management software, Excel and Word, enabling you to focus on what you do best: advising patients, managing medications, and collaborating with other healthcare

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of prescription management software, as well as Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly
• Strong ability to manage priorities and tasks effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Recommend appropriate care based on your assessment of patients' symptoms and needs
• Provide patients with information on the use and side effects of over-the-counter and prescription medications
• Help keep patients safe by checking for potential drug interactions
• Ensure medications are handled safely, including during transportation and storage
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
