Job summary

Sun Pharma Canada seeks a Warehouse Associate - II to manage inventory movement inside our Canadian warehouse and production areas. You will support internal and external stakeholders with timely material handling, documentation and material movement using forklifts and SAP systems.

The role requires a valid Ontario driver’s license, forklift certification, 2–5 years in a warehouse, and ability to lift up to 25 kg with occasional 220 kg drums managed with equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary school/high school diploma.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Strong ability to multi-task, manage time, and work independently.
• Understanding of cGMP concepts and SOPs.
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg and handle drums up to 220 kg with equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and/or pallet trucks.
• Timely pick, stage, load/unload trucks and supply components.
• Verify material descriptions, lot numbers and counts; document in SAP/BPCS.
• Move materials via RF gun and backup systems.
• Drive Sun Pharma trucks to move material between buildings.
• Perform cycle counts and ensure proper cGMP documentation.
• Participate in audits and maintain clean, organized work area.
