Job summary

A national wholesale distributor in Vaughan seeks a full-time Material Handler. The role involves accurately handling products, following GMP standards, and performing stock duties in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be able to lift heavy items and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Weeknight and Sunday hours are required. Qualifications

• Must be able to work in the fridge.
• Must be able to walk and stand for up to 8 hours.
• Repetitive movement which could include bending and twisting.
• Previous warehouse experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product is put in its location accurately and timely.
• Pick correct product and quantity as specified in the order.
• Move correct product and quantity from receiving to pick location.
• Remove product from the line and put it on the appropriate skid.

Skills

Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 60lbs

Excellent organizational skills

Good communication skills

Good math skills and attention to detail

Experience at all stock-related transactions

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Walkie (BT) experience

Education

Partial high school
