Job summary

Catalent Pharma Solutions is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for the Adair Strathroy site in Ontario. You will lead warehouse and supply chain operations, drive budgeting and KPI performance, and partner with the Zydis planning teams to ensure efficient, compliant manufacturing support.

The role requires a strong background in ERP systems, inventory control, and project management, with a focus on safety, quality, and cost optimization in a GMP environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain Management is required.
• CPIM (APICS) or CSCP certification or progress toward certification.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics.
• Experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and/or GMP environments; leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Adair Strathroy warehouse operations including inbound/outbound logistics, customs, hazardous waste, and material management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and working capital targets; manage budgeting and cost performance.
• Act as SME for JDE ERP and PAS-X activities; support capacity and demand planning with Zydis S&OP.
• Ensure compliance with cGMPs and regulatory policies; manage safety protocols and extend hours as needed.
