A provincial government agency in British Columbia is seeking a Pharmacist 5, Team Lead to provide leadership in the Formulary Management team. As Pharmacist 5, Team Lead, you’ll provide leadership and program management for the Formulary Management team, supervising pharmacists and other staff under the direction of the Director. You’ll oversee drug formulary processes, offer expert advice on pharmacy practice and policy, and represent the Ministry in inter‑jurisdictional committees to ensure BC’s priorities are heard. This role combines clinical knowledge with strategic influence—shaping drug coverage decisions, guiding evidence-informed reviews, and building relationships with diverse partners and stakeholders.
