Job summary

ALTEN Canada is seeking a Study Leader for a 7-week POD project focused on pre-filled syringes in a controlled pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. You will guide operators, ensure SOP adherence, and oversee GDP-compliant data capture and study execution.

Ideal candidates have pharma experience with GDP, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously. Competitive benefits are offered along with a 30–35 CAD/hour pay range.

Qualifications

• Experience in Pharma and GDP familiarity.
• Passed visual acuity testing within the past 24 months (20/20 or better).
• Ability to guide and supervise operators on the study workflow.

Responsibilities

• Lead operators inspecting pre-filled syringes and ensure study procedures.
• Monitor activities for consistency and accuracy.
• Ensure GDP compliance and proper documentation.
• Review samples to validate operator findings.
• Coordinate with QA and management for updates.
