Qualifications

• Minimum 2 - 5 years in customer service role.
• Supervisory experience in retail setting.
• Knowledge and/or experience with pets is considered an asset.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coach and motivate the retail team to attain sales goals.
• Provide information to customers in a friendly manner.
• Oversee inventory stocking and merchandising.
• Assist customers on the sales floor and via phone.
• Recruit and develop top management and sales talent.
• Lead and inspire excellent customer service culture.
