Qualifications

• Prior grooming experience preferred; may be asked to complete a technical exam.
• Flexibility in schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong attention to safety measures.

Responsibilities

• Performs grooming services according to PetSmart’s bathing standards.
• Develops safe technical skills that meet or exceed company expectations.
• Responsible for pet parent experience and outcomes.
• Conducts salon appointment reminder calls and maintains client records.
• Promotes salon sales and achieves sales targets.
