Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving system transactions and weight count.
• File documents and receive goods from suppliers.
• Move materials and paste receiving labels.
• Conduct general housekeeping and daily forklift maintenance.
• Assist in compliance with EHS and cGMP/GDP requirements.

To perform receiving system transaction (JDE/dcLINK/Coupa) and weight count on materials where required.

To file documents and receive goods from Suppliers.

To move materials from one point to another and paste Receiving label.

To perform general housekeeping and daily forklift maintenance per checklist.

Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Responsible for compliance to EHS procedure and requirement.

Responsible for compliance to cGMP and GDP requirement.

Qualifications / Education

• Sec 4/O/N/NITEC(NTC/ ITC) or equivalent
• Licensed forklift driving skill

Skill Set and/or Experience

• Ability to drive lifting equipment such as forklift, reach truck etc
• Ability to carry out simple daily maintenance to lifting equipment
• Past working experience in warehousing or related industry
• Some basic EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) knowledge
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to read, write and understand simple English
