Job summary

Holt Renfrew is seeking a Personalization Specialist in Vancouver to work with clients on customized bottles, boxes, and specialty items through illustrating, painting, or engraving. You will consult with clients, guide them on the final result, and deliver high-quality personalizada projects on schedule.

The ideal candidate has illustration experience, a portfolio, and strong English and/or French communication.

Qualifications

• Illustrator, artist; knowledge of vector files is an asset.
• Excellent English and/or French communication.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to determine the scope of work.
• Provide expert guidance on the end result.
• Complete work to the highest technical standard.
• Prepare vector files for engraving equipment.
• Deliver completed projects on or before the promised date.
• Partner with Sales Associates to ensure client satisfaction.
• Inform the manager of supply requirements or equipment repair needs.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
• Comply with Health & Safety policies.
