GoodLife Fitness in Canada seeks a Personal Trainer to build a client roster and guide clients toward health and fitness goals. You will assess health history, develop tailored programming, and promote GoodLife training programs while using GoodLife tools to service clients.
You will drive client results, seek new clients, and contribute to a culture of care, inclusivity, and energy. A nationally recognized PT certification is required within 75 days, with comprehensive training provided.
Who is a Personal Trainer? Personal Trainers are responsible for developing a roster of clients, and working with their clients to achieve overall health and fitness goals.
Compensation: The Personal Training wage rates will be based on experience and certifications held. This position is eligible for bonuses and commissions in addition to the base wage and Personal Training rates. The expected annual range of total compensation is $24,000 - $74,000 determined by performance, time in the position and variable compensation earned. This job posting is for an existing vacancy.
