GoodLife Fitness is seeking a Personal Trainer to develop a client roster and tailor health-focused programming. You will work with clients to understand health history and goals, and use GoodLife tools to manage administrative aspects of service delivery.
You will promote all GoodLife training programs, support clients on their fitness journeys, and contribute to a culture of caring and inclusion while pursuing ongoing training and development.
Personal Trainers are responsible for developing a roster of clients, and working with their clients to achieve overall health and fitness goals.
The Personal Training wage rates will be based on experience and certifications held. This position is eligible for bonuses and commissions in addition to the base wage and Personal Training rates. The expected annual range of total compensation is $25,000 - $65,000 determined by performance, time in the position and variable compensation earned.
