Job summary

GoodLife Kids in Saskatoon is seeking a Personal Trainer to build a client roster, assess health histories, and design tailored fitness programs that drive results. You’ll promote GoodLife training programs, manage client administration, and leverage marketing materials.

Compensation mixes base wage with bonuses, with total annual compensation between 24,000 and 74,000 CAD depending on performance and certifications.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to accrue a nationally recognized Personal Training certification within first 75 days of employment.
• Passion for helping others and a commitment to personal health and fitness.
• Ability to coach and bring out the best in others.
• Adaptable and able to receive candid coaching with growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Seek out new clients and build a roster for training.
• Work with clients to understand health history and goals to develop tailored programs.
• Promote and leverage all GoodLife training programs to support clients.
• Handle administrative side of servicing clients using GoodLife tools and software.
