Job summary

Motion Fitness Saskatoon is seeking a dynamic Personal Trainer to join a growing team across four local locations. You will build your client base in a high-energy, supportive environment with mentorship and clear career paths into leadership roles.

Enjoy base salary plus hourly pay, commission on personal training sales, monthly incentives, a free gym membership at all locations, and comprehensive benefits. Certification or working toward certification is required.

Qualifications

• Certified (or working toward) Personal Trainer or Kinesiology graduate.
• 2+ years of education in exercise science or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• NSCA or CAN-FIT-PRO certification preferred; others considered.
• CPR, First Aid, AED and Criminal Record Check required within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client interviews and fitness evaluations.
• Demonstrate proper use of weight and cardio equipment.
• Promote club services and actively market personal training.
• Lead and participate in club programs, events, and staff meetings.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle member concerns.
• Recommend programming updates based on market trends.
• Other duties as assigned.
