Job summary

GoodLife Fitness is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer in Hamilton to grow a client roster and develop tailored fitness programs based on individual health histories and goals. You will promote specialized GoodLife training programs and manage client services with GoodLife tools and software.

Eligible for bonuses and commissions, with ongoing training, advancement opportunities, and access to GoodLife facilities and equipment.

Qualifications

• Willing to accrue a national Personal Training certification within 75 days of employment.
• Passion for helping others and commitment to health and fitness.
• Ability to coach and bring out the best in others; growth mindset and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Seek out new clients and build a roster.
• Develop tailored programming based on clients' health history and goals.
• Promote GoodLife training programs to support clients on their fitness journeys.
• Handle administrative tasks using GoodLife tools and software.
