Job summary

GoodLife Fitness is hiring a Personal Trainer to work at the Scarborough Kennedy and Lawrence location. You will build a client roster, create tailored training plans, and promote GoodLife training programs to help clients achieve their health goals.

You will also manage the administrative side, use GoodLife tools for scheduling and tracking progress, and contribute to a welcoming club culture. A nationally recognized PT certification is expected within 75 days.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to accrue a nationally recognized Personal Training certification within first 75 days of employment.
• Passion for helping others and commitment to health and fitness.
• Ability to coach and bring out the best in clients.
• Comfortable receiving feedback and growing professionally.

Responsibilities

• Seek out new clients and build a roster.
• Develop tailored programming based on health history and goals.
• Promote GoodLife training programs to support clients’ journeys.
• Handle client administration using GoodLife tools and software.
