AgeCare Ltd. is seeking a Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide compassionate care to residents per care plans and help identify evolving resident needs.

You will document care activities, participate in in-service sessions, and assist in onboarding new staff while maintaining a safe environment for all. The role requires PSW certification, adherence to vocational and Ontario standards, and knowledge of basic sanitation and geriatric care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Personal Support Worker Certificate/Diploma Program.
• Meet vocational standards established by the Ministry of Training, Colleges, and Universities.
• Meet the standards established by the Ontario Community Support Association.

Responsibilities
