Job summary

AgeCare is hiring a Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide compassionate care to residents in Ontario. You will follow care plans, observe residents, document needs, and support a safe, clean environment.

The role includes participating in training and onboarding new staff, with adherence to IPAC policies. We value a PSW with a certificate or diploma, knowledge of basic bedside care for geriatrics, and a commitment to teamwork.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Personal Support Worker Certificate/Diploma Program.
• Meet Ontario vocational standards for PSW roles.
• Knowledge of basic sanitation and bedside care for geriatric residents.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure care aligns with care plans; report findings to supervisor.
• Assist in documenting resident information as directed.
• Attend in-service education, meetings, and workshops; participate in onboarding new staff.
