Job summary

AgeCare is seeking a dedicated Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide compassionate resident care in our Aurora-area communities, following established care plans and maintaining a safe, dignified environment for residents, families, and staff. You will monitor resident well-being, document care activities, participate in in-service trainings, support onboarding of new staff, and uphold IPAC policies to ensure high-quality care
