HealthOPM staffing agency is recruiting an Italian-speaking Personal Support Worker (PSW) for casual shifts in Burlington, Ontario. We are looking for compassionate and dependable PSWs who can communicate in Italian and provide quality, resident-centred care to older adults.

As a casual PSW, you will assist residents with bathing, personal care and daily living activities, support mobility, observe changes, and report to the nursing team, while following infection-control practices and safety

Qualifications

• PSW certificate required.
• Ability to speak Italian fluently.
• Experience in long-term care or retirement home preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification, as required.
• Vulnerable Sector Check and health/immunization documentation.
• Reliable transportation to Burlington.
• Flexible availability to pick up casual shifts.
• Willingness to attend facility orientation and start ASAP.

Responsibilities
