Overview

Modern Angels Healthcare is urgently hiring compassionate and certified Personal Support Workers (PSWs) housekeeping staff to support clients in Caistor Centre.

This role involves delivering personal care, physical assistance, and maintaining a safe, clean, and family-friendly home environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities including meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, and home organization
• Provide mobility support and help with physically demanding tasks such as bending, lifting, and transfers
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Perform general housekeeping duties: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Organize household items and maintain cleanliness in living areas
• Ensure the home remains safe, hygienic, and welcoming
• Monitor and document client progress; report any changes in health or behavior
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support personalized care plans

Requirements

• Valid PSW Certificate
• CPR & First Aid Certification
• Valid VSC (Vulnerable Sector Check)
• Experience in elderly care, accident recovery, or home support
• Physically capable of performing care and housekeeping tasks
• Reliable, compassionate, and available to start immediately
