Job summary

ParaMed Home Health Care is seeking a Personal Support Worker to support patients in their homes and community settings by assisting with activities of daily living, meal preparation, and companionship.

The role offers full-time hours with hourly pay in the range of $20.99–$24.23 CAD, plus mileage reimbursement. AI tools may be used to assist recruitment, while assessments remain human-guided. Accommodations are available on request.

As a Personal Support Worker (PSW) you will be an integral part of the home and community care team. You will support, encourage and provide independence for patients in their homes and community settings by assisting with activities of daily living.
