Job summary

Extendicare is seeking a Personal Support Worker to join the home health care team in Fort Frances, Ontario. You will support patients in their homes and communities by assisting with activities of daily living and promoting independence.

The role emphasizes compassion, reliability, and flexibility, with responsibilities including meal prep, personal care, and light housekeeping. A valid PSW certificate and driver license are required for in-home visits.
