AgeCare is hiring a Personal Support Worker (PSW) to deliver compassionate care in Canadian communities. You will support residents according to care plans while ensuring safety and dignity for all residents, visitors, and staff.

The role emphasizes observation, documentation, and participation in ongoing staff education and onboarding, with a focus on infection control and high-quality bedside care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Personal Support Worker Certificate/Diploma Program.
• Meet the vocational standards established by the Ministry of Training, Colleges, and Universities.
• Meet the standards established by the National Association of Career Colleges.
• Meet the standards established by the Ontario Community Support Association.
• Knowledge of procedures and techniques involved in administering simple treatments and related bedside care to residents.
• Must understand the basics of good sanitation and cleaning techniques and be knowledgeable with respect to the needs of geriatric residents.

Responsibilities
