Job Summary:

The Caregiver provides clients various personal care in a retirement home or in the clients home.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, nail/skin care, back care, foot care, shampoo, oral hygiene, ambulation, transfers, range of motion exercise, safe use of equipment and assistive devices.
• Provide companionship and respite services for family.
• Light housekeeping/meal prep.
• These are highly vulnerable clients.

• PSW certified or equivalent (DSW, 2nd year Nursing student, International Nurse).
• Live within a comfortable commuting distance of this position.

Part-time hours: 25-44 per week.
